About AIMS

AIMS offers manufacturers of all sizes a complete solution for scrap and stock inventory management that can be extended across multiple manufacturing sites and warehouses. Integrated material optimization is powered by ARDIS optimization software, which can retrieve available stock and scrap inventories for use in optimizations. Reusable scrap generated during manufacturing is labeled and scanned in at storage locations, automatically adding it to the AIMS database and making it available for future runs.

Universal Integration

The AIMS system is not proprietary and can work with any combination of cutting equipment, regardless of the brand name or controller software. This allows you to add scrap produced at any cutting station to the AIMS database, ensuring maximum material efficiency throughout the factory.
