In less than a week the AWFS (awfsfair.org) will be held in the new west hall of the Las Vegas convention center.
As we have done for 20+ years, Eurosoft will exhibit at the AWFS (booth #3912) to show off our latest automation software solutions for the
Manufacturing Industry.
For most attendees this will be the first major industry event since 2019 due to the fact that pretty much all events in
2020 and many of 2021 fell victim to the global COVID-19 health crisis. The AWFS will be a
major stepping stone back to normality – we are looking forward to it and hope to celebrate a successful trade show with many attendees eager to experience
first hand the latest in manufacturing technology!

We launched Eurosoft Europe, which is now officially registered in Austria

Eurosoft has enlarged our international footprint: we welcomed customers from Belgium, Brazil, India, Poland and Vietnam

New BlueCell Features
|
We added new features and enhanced existing ones of our flagship product BlueCell:
Optimization Queue allows users to queue optimizations to be processed together including optimizations from multiple jobs and
which have been queued by different users. Greatly reduces the time spent processing data, the number of mouse clicks and the likelihood of making errors
The Machining Viewer displays all machining on all sides of a workpiece after meing imported
The Part Order and Part Family functions allow the user to optimize workflow by grouping the parts based on user-definable criteria
(e.g. make the ends first, the shelves and toe kicks last)
Master panel uses the ideal sheet size available to create a pattern specific to
each part in the job.

Featured Project
|
|
Several big projects are completed or underway, many of them involving storage and retrieval systems.
To mention just one outstanding achievement: a scheduling and inventory management system
using smart phones was implemented at Spirit Aerospace in Wichita, KS. Tracking sheet
inventory is extremely critical in the aerospace industry due to federal regulations and safety
requirements. Many features of our new InStock inventory management system are derived from the challenges we
successfully tackled in the Spirit Aerospace Project.

Our new remnant and inventory management InStock now offers an Android app for barcode scanning and receiving inventory.

ImPrint Update
|
|
Our label printing solution ImPrint can now be used not just with our own BlueCell but with other 3rd party optimization software as well
|

New Machine Links
|
We added more machines to the already long list we can communicate with
Nanxing Panel saw built in China, widely used in Asia but now also in South America and the United States as well
Behringer A machining center built in Germany capable of cutting “bundles” of linear raw materials such as tubes and poles
Emmegi Italian machining center for the window industry, capable of not only cutting window frame components but also performing detail machining operations such as drilling
C.R. Onsrud Spray Paint Stations The spray paint station is used is applications where printing and applying a label is difficult
