What is the yearly cost of a support subscription?
- 10% of the current package price
What are my options after the 1st year of support?
- After the first year of support the support subscription can be renewed or canceled
What happens if I decide not to stay on support?
- Customers no longer on a yearly support subscription still get any updates to their current version (i.e. bug fixes and minor releases)
- Support can also be purchased in hourly increments
How many licenses are included?
- Unlimited licenses per InStock database
Does the system include label printers and scanners?
- InStock does not include any hardware. InStock supports virtually any Windows compatible barcode scanner or printer; Eurosoft can provide hardware recommendations if needed.
