A family owned cabinet company located in the state of Washington, Bellmont presented an interesting challenge. Bellmont was looking for a more automated process and achieved this by installing a Biesse Winstore Storage and Retrieval system in which the materials needed for production are stacked on 3 trolley offload stations. These 3 trolleys feed 5 Biesse Rovers. BlueCell does the nesting for the 5 Rovers and also determines the best efficiency for loading the trolleys, using Christmas tree stacking to organize largest boards to smallest from bottom to top as well as governing the height of the stacks on the trolleys so that the stacks going to the Rovers do not get stacked too high. ImPrint is installed for label printing at each of the CNC stations and InStock is used for Remnant storage, communicating with the Winstore to synchronize remnant info so that remnants can be placed back in the Winstore for future use.
