OFGO has been serving the North American furniture marketplace for nearly 40 years. The Concord, Canada based company boasts more than 250,000 sq/ft of manufacturing space which produces everything from filing solutions to executive boardrooms. In 2015... ...OFGO became one of the earliest adopters of the BlueCell optimizer, which they paired with Eurosoft solutions for label printing and inventory management. Already a highly automated and technologically oriented company, WB was looking to set the bar even higher. The company recently purchased several machines from Biesse, including a RoverB, an edgebander and a Winstore storage and retrieval system. Eurosoft facilitated the Winstore integration and assisted with streamlining data input: At issue were the thousands of existing IMOS designs and FXM part files currently being used in 2020 Insight to run and track production through the whole manufacturing site. Eurosoft set up a system to convert the existing part files into a new format; these files were imported into BlueCell for nesting and the results were then posted out to multiple CNCs for production.
