- Implementation and Set-up of the software is included
- Customers on a yearly support subscription receive all upgrades including major version upgrades (i.e. V1 to V2)
- Access to web-based product documentation and help
- Direct line to Eurosoft Support, renowned in the industry for our quality, promptness and professionalism for any troubleshooting issues
What is the yearly cost of a support subscription?
- 10% of the current package price
What are my options after the 1st year of support?
- After the first year of support the support subscription can be renewed or canceled
What happens if I decide not to stay on support?
- Customers no longer on a yearly support subscription still get any updates to their current version (i.e. bug fixes and minor releases)
- Support can also be purchased in hourly increments
How many licenses are included?
- Designer: No limit, Printer: 1 License per printer station. After the first install, a significant discount is offered on subsequent stations within the same facility
Does the system include label printers and scanners?
- ImPrint does not come with any hardware but supports virtually any Windows compatible printer; Eurosoft can provide hardware recommendations if needed.
