COBUS Doors, Automatic Pod and Rail, COBUS Nesting

COBUS NCAD, Autorunner, Automatic Pod and Rail
HNI currently uses COBUS NCAD for multiple machines in multiple departments. Their package consists of COBUS NCAD, Autorunner and Automatic Pod Positioning. Parametric templates were created to work with Autorunner. When the daily partslist is loaded into NCAD, Autorunner interprets the data and begins processing these in order to generate CNC code for... 5 different machines. Several machines are unique: a CNC with edgebanding functionality and another with milling capability from all 4 sides at once. All Data is processed and generated through COBUS NCAD.

Eurosoft Products: BlueCell, COBUS NCAD (WOP), Wintegration, Custom Programming
Already a highly automated and technologically oriented company, WB was looking to set the bar even higher. The company recently purchased several machines from Biesse, including a RoverB, an edgebander and a Winstore storage and retrieval system. Eurosoft facilitated the Winstore integration and assisted with streamlining data input: At issue were the thousands of existing IMOS designs and FXM part files currently being used in 2020 Insight to run and track production through the whole manufacturing site. Eurosoft set up a system to convert the existing part files into a new format; these files were imported into BlueCell for nesting and the results were then posted out to multiple CNCs for production.
