COBUS Nesting was designed to generate the highest efficiency for part placement and material yield. Parts can be imported manually or from a partslist. The COBUS Nesting algorithm then calculates the best orientation and placement of the parts in the job. The result: less time spent routing or manually placing parts and less money going down the drain because of material being wasted. Multiple settings can be determined, to name just a few: Tool optimization, automatic scrap cutting, and small to large part placement to reduce part movement because of the loss of suction.
