Is support included?
- All NCAD packages purchased through Eurosoft come with the first year of support included

What is included in support?
- Implementation and Set-up of the software is included
- Direct line to Eurosoft Support, renowned in the industry for our quality, promptness and professionalism for any troubleshooting issues

What are my options after the 1st year of support?
- After the first year of support the support subscription can be renewed or canceled

What happens if I decide not to stay on support?
- Support can also be purchased in hourly increments

How many licenses are included?
- 1 license is included with each version. More licenses can be added for additional users, if desired. Additionally a Network license is available

How does the Network license work?
- The network license is installed on a server or "primary" workstation where the license dongle is also installed. All users access the same files on the server so that designs, tools, blocks, machine settings, etc. are the same and can be accessed by each user. The number of Individual users that can open and run NCAD is equal to the amount of user licenses purchased. NCAD keeps track of how many licenses are in use at the same time. When NCAD is closed a user license becomes available.

- CD-ROM or DVD-ROM Drive
- Minimum 2GB of available hard disc space
- 1 available USB port
- Serial interfaces as necessary e.g. for extra hardware such as barcode scanners
- For the best software support the computer should have an internet connection and a sound card with headset
MAC OS is not supported
